Well, the yogurt is out of the machine. But, I kinda wasn't home when it was done; so, it separated. I have some really strong curds and whey. I probably should have reduced the culturing time since I used so much more kefir. Well, next time we won't be caught up dying someone's hair purple (and trying to remove purple dye from someone else's hands because of faulty gloves). Today is going to be busy with church and the completion of someone's purple transition; so, I do not see any more trials being made today. But, tomorrow is a holliday off from work and that would be a perfect time to try something new!
